Revival Church & theLab House of Prayer is seeking a prayer-fueled, skilled and revival minded worship leader.

Revival Church and theLab House of Prayer in the Detroit region is seeking the right person to develop our worship ministry.
The candidate will have the following qualities and commitments:
- Fulfill the character qualifications of an elder as taught in the Scriptures.
- Possess church leadership influence, verbal communication skills, and cultural awareness.
- Proven success at multi-tasking, time management, and prioritizing.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality and trust regarding leader and member information.
- Proven ability to work with and maintain positive, loyal relationships with those inside and outside the church.
- Be fully devoted to a lifestyle of humility and fervent prayer
- Be knowledgeable of and invested in the prayer movement
- Be skilled both musically and as a leader
- Commit to developing multiple worship teams
- Commit in time and focus to the vision of Revival Church and theLab
- Be able to lead in both energetic praise and intimate worship environments
- Be familiar with the musical flow of people like Catherine Mullins, Misty Edwards, Rick Pino and worship leaders from IHOP in Kansas City
- Be available Sundays from 3pm-10pm, Fridays from 7pm-10pm and for special events on other nights of the week.
- Be available on an additional night to hold worship practice, and once a month for church team meetings.
- Participate in local and regional missions.
There is a small stipend available to the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who is ready to go hard after God, fan the flames of revival and lock in to this urgent and exciting end-time ministry.
There’s a lot of grace for all of us as we grow, but due to the intense environment we are stewarding, be aware that this and all Revival Church positions require maturity, humility, a teachable spirit, timeliness, devotion and a determination to avoid pride and selfish ambition.
